I just applied to join, when will I hear back?

We review applications as quickly as possible, but prioritize executives who have experience in functional areas where there is currently high demand, and those who have had vouchers respond positively.

How does Continuum match me with opportunities?

Opportunities are shared for your review based on your areas of expertise and availability in your profile. You’ll have the opportunity to opt-in to the match.

Is there a minimum time commitment?

The beauty of Continuum is that executives can work how they want - be that a few hrs a week or full-time - and you can always change that as things evolve. One of the things that differentiates Continuum is that we offer a range of different opportunities: advisory, fractional interim and full-time.

How much should I charge?

Depending on your experience and goals, we can leverage our experience matching hundreds of executives to help you determine the appropriate rate.

How much does it cost to have Continuum run my back-office?

Continuum manages and supports your back-office for free. You can use our tools for proposal/SOW support and ensure you have monthly invoicing, consolidated payments and pain free (as much as possible) taxes. Even if you have projects that didn’t originate on Continuum, you can use the tools for free so you’re managing everything in one place.

We typically work with top companies from Series A - IPO, but we're growing quickly and expanding.

Which functional areas does Continuum support?

Our network of executives spans a range of key functional areas, including: People/Ops, Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing and Data. Of course, we understand there are many sub-categories in each of these but we'll spare you the long list.

How much does Continuum cost?

Executives set their own rates and fee structures that they mutually agree to with the company. Continuum typically charges a standard platform fee of 15%.

How long does it typically take to receive matches?

Companies often see matches within the day and always within 48 business hours.

What if I want a different executive?

The beauty of fractional executives is that you're able to learn quickly without the commitment of a full-time hire. Tell us if it’s not working and we’ll work with you to find a better fit.
